The discovery call is a good chance for us to have a discussion about the work that you require and if I can do so.
The proposal, if required, is a summary document of what has been discussed and the investment required for me to fulfil the deliverables.
The contract outlines what has been agreed in terms of hours, work and other relevant details.

This outlines all the points that we have discussed for you to sign off and approve.

Drawn up to cover things like hours, work to be completed and under what terms.

Kick off call
I like to have a kick off call to find out more about what you require, the systems that I need to have access to and how we are going to work together.
Progress check in calls
Regular catch ups are important for effective communication. These will be scheduled in to keep you updated on progress of the work schedule and to get any further information that I may need to carry out your work..
Completed work
I pride myself on the quality of the work that I produce and is always done to a high standard. As we progress and work is getting done to your required deadlines, we can discuss more.
I would prefer it if you can give me as much notice as possible to do your work so that I can meet your deadlines. There are extra charges for work that needs to be done at short notice or to a very tight deadline - this detail is outlined in the contract.
How to pay for work
I will send you an invoice once the package has been agreed and contracts signed. You will need to pay upfront for the work to be completed into my nominated bank account before any work commences.
