All transactions are carried out using client payment details which need to be provided prior to any bookings or payments made.

HOME AND LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

    • Making sure that key household bills and insurance premiums are paid on time

    • Checking direct debits are in place

    • That payment is made manually for certain expenses

    • Carry out research on the best deals from several different suppliers - so you pay the most competitive prices for your utilities and other bills

    • The negotiation of new better deals for your monthly outgoings

    • Making sure that all key appointments are up to date in the diary

    • Keeping client informed (and reminded) of when they are so they are not missed

    • Dentist, Doctors, Beauticians, Hairdresser

    • For both personal and business travel

    • Research on destinations, flight costs, parking, visas, covid requirements

    • Taking into consideration clients personal schedule or work commitments

    • All payments will be made on the clients payment method.

    • Making sure that key household personnel are attending when required

    • Management of work schedule and changing of days attended or suppliers if needed around client personal schedule

    • I am not able to oversee any work personally due to the remote nature of my support

    • Management of your personal diary and / or arranging your social engagements

    • Event management - organising family, personal and business social events

    • Booking of event necessities such as caterers, DJ`s, bands, venues (research and pricing options sought), party bag contents and decorations

    • Creating guest lists, managing RSVPs, table layouts, menus

    • Please note that I am not able to be present to manage events personally due to the remote nature of the support I provide.

    • I am happy to liaise with someone who is doing the onsite work

    • Making sure pets are kept up to date with immunisations

    • Arrangement of care when client is away

    • Client informed / remined if they have to take pets to the vets on what days

    • If not available, arrange for someone to transport pets to the vets or training

    • Appointments made accordingly with the relevant suppliers / care providers

    • Researching gifts to be purchased

    • Purchasing of gifts - online only

    • Arrangement of delivery of gifts to the recipient

    • Payment is made using client payment methods only

    • Offering a second pair of eyes on complicated forms

    • Filling out forms online

    • Assisting with the compilation / sourcing of documents needed to accompany the forms if needed

    • This is a remote service only

RETAINER HOME AND LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE PRICING

  • I can be flexible with the number of actual hours you require - the hours displayed are for demonstration purposes only.

  • This can then be adjusted depending on how long work is taking to do.

  • Please do discuss with me what you require at any point as I do want you to be happy with the service I am providing.

8 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 2 hours per week

Investment: £280

12 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 3 hours per week

Investment: £420

20 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 5 hours per week

Investment: £700

40 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 10 hours per week

Investment: £1400

RATES AND CONDITIONS FOR HOME AND LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

RETAINER RATE - £35 per hour

This is for REGULAR work provided by me where you retain my services each month on a retainer rate.

CONDITIONS:

  • Can be a mix of the business support services listed

  • Hours are not carried over into the next month if not used

  • Contracts will need to be signed and agreed also before any work commences

  • A minimum of 8 hours a month, which is two hours a week, is taken on as a retainer arrangement

ADHOC RATE - £40 per hour

This is for ADHOC work provided by me on a one off basis for a set period of time.

CONDITIONS:

  • For a set stipulated outcome of specific deliverables - any deviation from this, the price and time frame is renegotiated

  • For a set number of hours or time period - a minimum of 2 hours for as many hours as you need

  • Contracts will need to be signed and agreed also before any work commences
