    Working in Recruitment in the past I can bring this knowledge to your business and as a great people person, I can assist you in your recruitment administration and liaison

    • Contacting candidates - I have worked as a Resourcer so am confident speaking to your candidates about their job requirements

    • Arranging interviews - happy to arrange these for you and find suitable times for you all to have that magic conversation!

    • Sending out offer letters - I can touch type to 60wpm so can get these done in super quick time for you and out to your preferred candidates

    • Managing the onboarding process - having been the point of contact for new employees in a number of my roles, I can offer you an efficient service to create the right first impression of your company for your newbies

    FINANCE ADMIN

    I can help you to stay on top of your finances and get the money you are expecting into your business

    • Invoice creation - using your preferred payment system, I can create invoices to send to your clients to let them pay for your work

    • Chasing payments - if your clients have not yet paid for your work, I can give them a gentle nudge to do so - that is quite often all that is needed

    • I can work with your accountant to prepare any documents they may need to do the more detailed work

  • Want to find your documents quickly and easily?

    Then you need an effective filing system for your electronic documents.

    • I can organise all of your important documents so that they are easy to find

    • Create sub folders so that everything is categorised by subject so key things are kept together

    • Create a system so that there is consistency going forward and things stay tidy

    • Make sure that data is held appropriately according to regulations

    • Organise regular data cleanses so information stays up to date

  • I can be flexible with the number of actual hours you require - these hours are for demonstration purposes only

  • This can then be adjusted depending on how long work is taking to do.

  • Please do discuss with me what you require at any point as I do want you to be happy with the service I am providing.

8 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 2 hours per week

Investment: £280

12 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 3 hours per week

Investment: £420

20 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 5 hours per week

Investment: £700

40 hours per month

@ £35 per hour - 10 hours per week

Investment: £1400

Rate type and conditions

RETAINER RATE - £35 per hour

This is for REGULAR work provided by me where you retain my services each month on a retainer rate.

CONDITIONS:

  • Can be a mix of the business support services listed

  • Hours are not carried over into the next month if not used

  • Contracts will need to be signed and agreed also before any work commences

  • A minimum of 8 hours a month, which is two hours a week, is taken on as a retainer arrangement

ADHOC RATE - £40 per hour

This is for ADHOC work provided by me on a one off basis for a set period of time.

CONDITIONS:

  • For a set stipulated outcome of specific deliverables - any deviation from this, the price and time frame is renegotiated

  • For a set number of hours or time period - a minimum of 2 hours for as many hours as you need

  • Contracts will need to be signed and agreed also before any work commences
